Service Description

FoodCure Nutrition provides professional Dietitian Consultant services in a wide variety of healthcare and wellness organizations -- long-term care, assisted and retirement living, boarding homes, dialysis centers, wellness centers and health clubs. Our services include but are not limited to: nutritional assessment, kitchen sanitation and safety, menu and recipe development, nutrient analysis of menus and diets, education and activities related to food and nutrition.

Cancellation Policy

Consultations An initial consultation visit is 60-90 minutes. Follow-up visits are 30-45 minutes. Please arrive on time for your appointment, as visits must end as scheduled. Please fill out client forms and email them back at least two days prior to your appointment. Please bring any recent lab work to your visit. Cancelations If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so within 48 hours of your visit. Otherwise, you will be charged the full out-of-pocket fee for your appointment.
